Department 56 Items For Sale   

I love all my Dept. 56 houses and accessories, but I just don't have room for them all!  Most are retired, some are special edition or event pieces.  All the photos are real and untouched.  All are in the original boxes/sleeves and are in "mint" condition.  Only the boxes have signs of normal wear and tear, but are in good condition. They are priced to "move", I need the space.  Unless noted, everything is only "1 only".  I'm not a dealer, these are my personal pieces.  Once they're gone...they're gone.
